I think Song Hye-gyo (송혜교)is so pretty , dun you think? Her face is so puffy - not as puffy as when she was in Hotelier, of course. But puffy enough.
This drama has lots of gambling scenes - not my kinda movie. But I persevered because of Lee byung Hun. Of course. "nuff said.
Remember the classroom scenes...Ha Ha..I LOVE those scenes!
Many people tell me that they think Song Hye Gyo and Lee Byung Hun make a nice couple. I couldn't agree more, except for the age thingy. Apart from that, they look great on screen. Too bad they are not together anymore.
One trivia that I STILL couldn't get, is the fact that Park Yong Ha sang that wonderful theme song. Sorry, but I dun think he has a good voice, but somehow that song worked for his voice. Whenever I hear this song, my mind would instantly travel to Jeju (where Tiffany, BB and Vicky are right now, Lucky Women!).
The scene where he was working on his flower bed, alone on that lonely hill, just about a mile away from her orphanage. And she slowly walked up behind him. The soft wind blowing, her hair brushed against her soft, hard-boiled-egg skin....his eyes met hers, they paused.....
She asked : Is there still room for me in that house?
He said ....errr. ....actually..I think he didn't say anything. He just dropped everything and kissed her.
If you have not watched it yet, Watch it.
I love the song by Yaz - 괜찮아요. Remember that song?
I felt sad for Park Sol-mi (박솔미), who was left with no one again after Jun Sang chose to return to Yu Jin. And Ji Seong (지성)who, after having Saved The Last Dance for Song Hye Gyo, was also left without anyone.
In true Korean Drama fashion. Talking about Fashion....I'll make a mental note to blog about Fashion 70's next time.
